What We Treat
Common ailments that in the past have required emergency room or urgent care visits can now be evaluated, diagnosed, and treated in a quick, inexpensive manner. Staff are equipped to treat most minor to intermediate health conditions, and administer vaccinations, conduct DOT physicals, and school/sports physicals. All medical records are kept confidential and meet HIIPA requirements. Medical records are maintained electronically and can be easily transferred to another medical provider on request and will be easily transportable from one Health Express unit to another as our system expands. Our medical records are designed to be electronically communicated so that if our traveling patients need follow-up at another location, the medical record can be easily communicated to the following medical provider.
